To support sustainable forestry certification efforts, PALCO:

• Provides financial and technical support to the American Tree Farm System's California branch;

• Distributes information about the program;

• Provides PALCO foresters as volunteer certification auditors

• Gives preference to ATFP-certified tree farmers in procurement and landowner assistance;

• Assists interested landowners in becoming ATFP certified;

• Provides seedlings at cost; and

• Makes scientific information and cumulative watershed analysis information available at no cost.
